My latest project, "Artist becomes the Art" is a self-portrait series reflecting my journey of self-acceptance and confidence, stemming from years of grappling with body image. Growing up, I never felt I possessed the traits that are often celebrated—neither tall nor athletic, and far from the gym-built physiques around me. But over the last few years, I’ve shifted my focus. I’ve come to realize that looks aren't as vital as I once believed. What sets me apart is my STRENGTH and consistency, qualities I now see in positive light. In the early photos of this series, the blurry images represent my past struggles, the mental turmoil, and the insecurities that clouded my self-perception. As the series progresses, the photos grow sharper and clearer, mirroring my growing self-confidence. Close-up shots are a testament to my readiness to embrace and express vulnerability and emotion. Now, I see my body not as something to critique but as a temple of wisdom, a piece of art that deserves respect. This series symbolizes my journey to treat my body with that same reverence, embracing its strength and uniqueness.
